ABOUT SPRINTIQ
Speed has a human side.
Behind every sprint is an athlete with a goal, a starting point, and a life beyond training. That’s where SprintIQ begins.
A clear purpose.
A considered approach.
An athlete at the center.
OUR PURPOSE
Make training
more intentional.
SprintIQ is taking shape around a simple idea: athletes should understand what they’re working on, why it matters, and what to pay attention to next.
Our focus is sprint development—from the first steps of acceleration to top speed and the work that supports it. We want to make those ideas easier to understand and connect to purposeful sessions.
The aim is clarity: a reason behind the work, space to reflect, and a view of progress that keeps the athlete in context.
THE APPROACH
Assess. Train. Track.
Three ideas that guide how we think about sprint development.
Start with the athlete.
ASSESS
Understand the starting point. Goals, experience, and training context should shape the questions before they shape the session.
Give the work a purpose.
TRAIN
Be clear about the focus of a session. Connect the work to the quality being developed, with room for recovery and adjustments.
Look beyond one result.
TRACK
Record what happened and reflect on how it felt. Use observations over time to inform the next conversation and the next step.
These are the principles behind SprintIQ, not a list of currently available product features.
WHO IT’S FOR
For athletes.
With coaches in mind.
Athletes who want to understand the work.
A place to explore sprint development, ask better questions, and approach training with a clearer focus.
Coaches who value the whole picture.
A perspective that keeps goals, training context, and athlete feedback in the conversation.
SprintIQ’s educational content is general guidance. Individual training decisions belong in the context of an athlete’s needs and qualified coaching.
